正如绍兴这座充满文人风骨的城市，设计师在空间的打造上，自有风骨。 绍兴，中原文化的发源之地，文墨底蕴丰厚。灰瓦白墙，社戏文化，藻井小舟、湖水微艳，堪称一座充满人文的风骨之城设计师充分提炼江南水乡的自然柔美与名仕的铿锵风骨，将绍兴底蕴嵌在一砖一瓦之中，留在空间的每个角落。售楼处的横向空间中，大面积采用人文感极强的原木色与浅棕色，散发出淡雅宜人的人文温度。
Just like Shaoxing, a city full of literati, designers have their own style in the creation of space. Shaoxing, the birthplace of the Central Plains culture, has a rich cultural and ink heritage. Gray tile white wall, social drama culture, Mojing boat, lake water, can be called a city full of humanistic wind and bones, the designer fully refined the natural softness of Jiangnan water town and the sonorous wind bone of famous people, embedded Shaoxing in brick by brick, leaving every corner of the space. In the horizontal space of the sales office, a large area of wood color and light brown with a strong sense of humanity is adopted, exuding a light and pleasant human temperature
