成都锦江金茂府

CHENGDU  JINJIANG JINMAO PALACE

每个城市都有特定的符号印迹。一条锦江，纵贯三百里，润泽两千年，浓缩着成都特有的温润、悠闲气质。设计师尝试用设计的语言与江共鸣，化具象为意象，将锦江之水幻化为可视、可知、可感的空间氛围，营造如水一般无边界的自然流动。

项目坐落在成都核心区域——金融城东锦江大道白鹭湾公园旁，一边把控城市核心的经济脉搏，一边坐拥比肩纽约中央公园的自然生态，宜居、宜业的属性让这里成为主城高改的聚焦。
 

作为区域内的高阶改善大宅，锦江金茂府以前瞻的择址力、超群的科技力为城市带来惊喜。设计师秉承“与自然共生、彰显文化底蕴；营造意境，又不失都会气质”的理念，以“水绕锦江·万物生长”为蓝本，通过视觉化、艺术化的手法，打造空间的无垠之境，传递出金茂的生活美学和精神信仰。

Each city has a specific symbol imprint. A Jinjiang River, running for 300 li and moisturizing for 2,000 years, concentrates the warm and leisurely temperament unique to Chengdu. The designer tries to use the language of design to resonate with the river, turn the concrete into image, transform the water of the Jinjiang River into a visible, knowable and perceptible spatial atmosphere, and create a boundless natural flow like water.

The project is located next to Bailu Bay Park, East Jinjiang Avenue, the core area of Chengdu, while controlling the economic pulse of the city's core, while sitting on the natural ecology comparable to New York's Central Park, the livable and workable attributes make it the focus of the high-tech reform of the main city.

As a high-end improvement mansion in the area, Jinjiang Jinmao Mansion has brought surprises to the city with its forward-looking location selection and superior scientific and technological power. The designer adheres to the principle of "symbiosis with nature and highlights cultural heritage; Create an artistic conception without losing the temperament of the city", based on the concept of "water around the Jinjiang River, all things grow", through visual and artistic techniques, to create a boundless realm of space, conveying Jinmao's life aesthetics and spiritual beliefs.
